Trafford celebrating the United States Bicentennial in 1976. This film has no audio. The majority of the parade was filmed in front of Mikan's garage on 7th Street (present day Dobrinick's Funeral Home). Sorry for the quality. The film material deteriorated over the years.
Belleau Woods 1976: Kids dancing as ballerinas, playing kickball in the middle strip, or just hanging out as teens. Kickball was an almost nightly occurrence. The adolescent builders of this pond did not receive approval to expand it's size and were reluctantly forced to fill in the massive hole.
